Yes. When you book, share your gate code, guard or concierge check-in, elevator reservation and parking or valet instructions. We follow your building and HOA rules, work quietly and leave common areas as we found them.
No. We bring professional-grade, eco-friendly products that are safe for kids, pets and people. Tell us if you would rather we use products you already have at home.
Standard cleaning starts at $170 for a studio or 1-bedroom with 1 bathroom, $180 for a 2-bedroom and $190 for a 3-bedroom, plus $40 for each extra bathroom. Houses start at $240, based on square footage. Premium cleaning adds $75 for apartments. Commercial cleaning is $80 per hour and post-construction cleaning is $90 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum. Our move-out cleans follow what Miami landlords, property managers and HOAs usually check: appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards and floors. We cannot promise a landlord's decision, but we clean to the standard they expect.
